About The Position

ID : 72742410 Shift : DAYS - 8HR : M- F 8am- 4 : 30 Description : Education Bachelor s degree or Masters in social work..Experience At least one year of actual work experience in a hospital setting or an ongoing planfor consultation between the social worker and a qualified social worker must bedeveloped. Must have knowledge of community resources to meet post dischargeclinical and social needs.Technical SkillsLicense / Certification Currently licensed by the Nevada State Board of Examiners for Social Workers (LSW)Other Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to providecare / service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assignedunit / department.

• Main Facility will be Centennial Hills but may need to float through the VHS Health System (Will float to all VHS hospitals- Centennial Hills, Henderson Hospital, Spring Valley, Summerlin, andValley hospitals.) (wewould try to assign them to one facility for continuity although they may haveto float for sick calls.)
• Will Accept Local  Guaranteed Hours : Contract Weeks : 42
