We are seeking an experienced and skilled Vinyl & Linoleum Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation of vinyl and linoleum flooring materials, showcasing a blend of technical skills, precision, and an eye for design.

Key Responsibilities :

• Installation : Accurately measure, cut, and install vinyl and linoleum flooring in a variety of settings, including homes, businesses, and public areas.
• Floor Preparation : Prepare the installation surface by cleaning, leveling, and performing any necessary repairs to ensure a smooth installation process.
• Cutting and Fitting : Use specialized tools and equipment to cut and fit flooring materials to room dimensions, including around obstacles and corners.
• Adhesive Application : Apply adhesives correctly and efficiently, ensuring a secure and long-lasting fit of the flooring material.
• Finishing Touches : Install baseboards, thresholds, and trims to complete the flooring installation process, ensuring a polished and professional look.
• Customer Service : Consult with clients to understand their flooring needs and preferences, providing advice on material selection and maintenance.
• Quality Control : Perform final checks and cleanup post-installation to ensure the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and regulations, including the proper handling and disposal of materials.
