CI Engineer - Continuous Improvement

JOB SUMMARY : The CI Engineer is responsible for supporting and executing initiatives that drive operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity through Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supports the development and execution of our continuous improvement strategy.
• Facilitate and lead Kaizen events, root cause analyses, and problem-solving initiatives.
• Analyze and process data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement throughout the facility.
• Drive standardization of processes using Lean tools (e.g., 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, SMED, etc.).
• Support implementation of Six Sigma projects to reduce process variation and improve quality.
• Provide training and coaching to employees at all levels on CI tools and techniques.
• Track and report on CI project progress, cost savings, and operational impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainability of improvements.
