As the Full-Time Assistant Director of Health and Wellbeing at The Waters of Oak Creek, you'll partner closely with the Director of Health and Wellbeing to deliver exceptional care and services tailored to our Memory Care residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising a dedicated team of caregiving staff, ensuring their professional growth and adherence to our core values of empathy and excellence. What Matters Most

To thrive as the Full-Time Assistant Director of Health and Wellbeing at The Waters of Oak Creek, you'll need a blend of essential skills and experiences. An active RN license is a must, alongside previous experience in assisted living settings, which will help you navigate the unique challenges of Memory Care and Assisted Living. Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• RN License in good standing, state of Wisconsin
• Assisted Living Experience preferred
