A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full post-sale lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, renewal, and expansion
Manage and mentor a department of over 40 individuals, building SOPs and maintaining a culture of excellence
Establish and track KPIs to ensure operational excellence and drive retention and growth
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Client Success, or Fulfillment at the Director level
Direct experience leading teams of 40+ including middle management and support staff
Proven track record of driving retention, upsells, and client satisfaction targets
Advanced proficiency with CRM systems and project management tools
Ability to design SOPs and track KPIs for optimized client lifecycle processes
