Medical Assistant Bilingual (Spanish) with Phlebotomy Experience

Burbank, CA | Interventional Pain Management Practice

We are a premier Interventional Pain Management practice in Burbank seeking a Certified Medical Assistant who is bilingual in Spanish and has phlebotomy experience . This is a full-time opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused team.

What Youll Do

• Greet and check in patients; answer phones & schedule appointments
• Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and manage documentation
• Take vitals and assist with in-office procedures and injections
• Prep medications, syringes, and EMG machines; assist with ultrasound-guided injections
• Perform phlebotomy, urine drug screens, and lab-related tasks
• Accurately document patient histories in EMR
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and referring offices
• Maintain rooms, supplies, and medical records

What Were Looking For

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with 2+ years of experience
• Certified Medical Assistant (required)
• Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)
• Phlebotomy experience (required)
• Professional, dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong knowledge of EMR systems, insurance verification, and medical terminology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
