Salary :
The Legal Training Assistant plays a key role in supporting the firms professional development initiatives by managing and assisting with the creation of training content, overseeing the firms LMS, and ensuring accurate reporting on training activities. This position is responsible for supporting practice areas in the development and maintenance of SOPs as well as course materials, tracking activity within the learning operations platform, and coordinating new hire training for attorneys and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Work with our practice areas and departments to develop, update, and maintain SOPs.
Track training attendance, completion rates, and compliance with mandatory learning initiatives.
Work closely with subject matter experts to enhance learning opportunities.
