We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented  Multi-Company Chief Financial Officer to oversee the financial operations of multiple businesses, including a real estate team, real estate investments, mortgage, title, and other related small businesses. This role requires expertise in payroll, budgeting, bookkeeping, multiple P&Ls, and tax preparation, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Compensation :

$60,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Payroll & Compensation :  Process payroll and bonuses for multiple companies, ensuring accurate commission splits and preparing payment forms for real estate agents.
• Financial Planning & Projections :  Develop and maintain budgets, run financial projections, and provide insights to support business growth.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable :  Manage invoices, payments, and collections across all entities, including rental income and vendor payments.
• Bookkeeping & Compliance :  Maintain accurate financial records, oversee bookkeeping, and ensure timely tax filings.
• Regulatory & Business Compliance :  Keep all businesses up to date with necessary licenses, renewals, and financial reporting requirements.
• General Accounting Support :  Assist with various accounting-related tasks, reporting, and reconciliation as needed.
