Position Overview : Pespisa Company is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC technician with a strong background in residential installations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, and commissioning HVAC systems in single-family homes, townhouses, and small multi-unit dwellings. This role demands technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our residential clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats.

Perform start-ups and system testing to ensure proper performance and functionality.

Perform annual maintenance services to ensure the system's reliability, efficiency, and safety.

Diagnose issues and complete repairs as needed during installations or service calls.

Communicate effectively with homeowners to explain system operation and answer questions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality installations.

Maintain tools, inventory, and company vehicle in a clean and organized manner.

Complete all job-related paperwork, digital records, and customer documentation accurately.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential HVAC installation.

EPA Universal Certification preferred.

Proficiency with hand and power tools used in HVAC installations.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces or varying weather conditions.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Hours : Monday-Friday With On-Call Requirement : Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies and weekends.

Compensation : $30 - $50 an hour - Full Time
