Salary & Benefits

Pay Rate : $40 per hour

Choose what suits you best :

7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM

3 : 00 PM 11 : 30 PM

11 : 00 PM 7 : 30 AM

12-Hour Rotations : 7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM or 7 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and monitor for side effects or reactions

Record patient information accurately and update charts daily

Report any changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse or physician

Support patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort

Uphold infection control and safety procedures

Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications & Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (valid in the work state)

CPR / BLS certification

PA PATCH clearance , Physical exam , and TB test

Valid drivers license or state-issued ID and SSN card

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) training provided

Minimum of 6 months clinical experience preferred , but not required
