Job ID : 133720\n\nDirect Hire Registered Nurse Role $34.33-$49.75 per hour in Albuquerque, New Mexico\n\nClinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our partner's full-time day shift team at a Rehabilitation Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico.\n\nThis is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY\n\nKey Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse : \n

• Provide high-quality, compassionate, individualized care for patients during their rehabilitation journey.\n
• Lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans to support recovery goals.\n
• Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.\n
• Support staff as a clinical resource and assist with complex patient needs.\n
• Celebrate milestones and successes throughout the patient's rehabilitation.\n\nKey Requirements for the Registered Nurse : \n
• Current and valid RN licensure (state-specific).\n
• CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).\n
• CRRN certification required within 1 year of meeting eligibility.\n
• 1+ year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting (within the last 5 years) preferred; however, other experience will be considered.\n
• This is for day shift- however, night shift is available also\n\nCompensation and Schedule for the Registered Nurse : \n
• Hourly pay range : $34.33 – $49.75, based on experience and certifications.\n
• Sign-on bonus : $10,000\n
• Full-time, day shift schedule (6 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM, Mountain Time)\n
• No on-call or call-back requirements\n
• Weekend requirement : 4 weekend days per 4-week schedule cycle\n
• Nurse-to-patient ratio : 1 : 8 AM\n
