What We're Looking For - Experience That Counts : At least 1 year of management / supervisory experience and 3 years in the restoration industryNYC experience is a plus! - Certifications : IICRC certification preferred; Xactimate experience is a big bonus. - Education : High school diploma / GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. - Physical Stamina : Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with help), climb ladders, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) with cleaning agents. - Driver's License : Valid driver's license required to navigate Brooklyn and beyond.
