Maintenance Technician - Food Manufacturing (NIGHTS)

Title :  Maintenance Technician - Food Manufacturing (NIGHTS)

Location : Dallas, Texas (75212)

Hourly : $26-$35 / HR + Overtime and Benefits

Working Hours :  THIRD SHIFT / NIGHTS - 11PM-7 : 30AM

As the Maintenance Technician, you will maintain all equipment, and make necessary repairs. Perform preventative maintenance. Work must be performed while following all personal and food safety programs. Maintain necessary documentation files to satisfy customer or regulatory audits. The right candidate will have experience in a high speed manufacturing site, preferably with packaging experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintain all processing and related equipment, and fabricate parts if necessary
• Make all repairs in a timely manner, fill out completed work orders
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain documentation log books
• Maintain a sufficient inventory of parts to minimize production downtime
• And any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
