Our manufacturing client is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to provide exceptional support to all customers by addressing inquiries and concerns related their products and services. This role involves clearly communicating product specifications and features to enhance the overall customer experience. The Specialist will also collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate processing of all customer deductions.
Daily invoicing of customer orders
Entry and processing of customer orders
Application of customer payments (cash / ACH)
Accurate application of accounts receivable deductions
Backup support for rebate program credit memos
Analysis and collection of overdue accounts receivable
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolution steps
Provide cross-functional support as a backup for Accounts Payable and Payroll processes as needed.
Bachelor’s degree required
~2–4 years of experience in Customer Service and / or Accounts Receivable.
~ NetSuite experience is a strong asset.
~ Capable of developing, documenting, and implementing efficient policies and procedures.
