About the Role :

This Preconstruction Manager will oversee the successful execution of the preconstruction phase for a variety of commercial and industrial construction projects including Self-storage, Manufacturing Facilities, K-12, Municipal, Healthcare, and general commercial projects. The role involves leading all activities related to estimating, bidding, and scheduling, with a focus on accuracy, coordination, and alignment with the project's financial and design goals.
