Job Description

Job Title : Perm Primary Care Physician

Job type : Full-time

Job Location : Aledo IL

Shift : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm + Call

Job Description :

  • Provider must be interested in working in a rural community.
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join 2 Physicians, and 6 APP's
  • Lab and X-ray adjacent to the clinic in the hospital
  • Clinic, Hospital, and Long Term Care coverage
  • Weekend Requirements : Call rotation 1 : 6

On Call Requirements : Call rotation 1 : 6

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).  Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
