HR Compliance Consultant

A company is looking for an HR Policy & Compliance Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inventory and gap assessments of U.S. policy inventory and make recommendations for revisions

Draft and standardize policies to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with brand guidelines

Establish a lightweight policy governance model and enable ServiceNow for effective policy management

Required Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience in HR policy authoring and governance in complex, multi-state environments

Proven experience in standardizing policies and establishing governance frameworks

Knowledge of U.S. employment law frameworks and ability to translate them into accessible content

Experience with ServiceNow HRSD / Knowledge or similar platforms for article management

Ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and facilitate efficient working sessions
