Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us establish and maintain our reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, a passion for hospitality, and a drive for success. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of passionate individuals to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast casual or similar settingProven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamStrong understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety standards, inventory management, and cost controlExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple prioritiesKnowledge of POS systems and basic computer skillsServSafe certification is a plusBenefits
