- Organize and maintain both physical and digital files for easy access.
- Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data processing and reporting.
- Conduct basic calculations to verify accuracy of records.
- Scan and digitize documents while ensuring data security.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Type documents and forms efficiently while maintaining formatting standards.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and tasks.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with 10-key typing and strong typing speed.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for data management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.
