Responsibilities :

  • Perform 10-key data entry tasks with speed and precision.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital files for easy access.
  • Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data processing and reporting.
  • Conduct basic calculations to verify accuracy of records.
  • Scan and digitize documents while ensuring data security.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Type documents and forms efficiently while maintaining formatting standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and tasks.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency with 10-key typing and strong typing speed.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for data management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Experience in scanning and digitizing documents.
  • Basic knowledge of performing calculations accurately.
