Our client, a growing consumer goods company is seeking an experienced Supply & Demand Planning Manager to lead planning efforts across a dynamic product portfolio. As the Supply & Demand Planning Manager, you will play a key role in aligning supply and demand planning with business goals, supporting new product launches, managing inventory levels, and driving improvements across the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain strategy, demand forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration in both D2C and retail channels.

MUST be able to work a Hybrid schedule in El Segundo office.

Annual Salary $110,000 – $130,000

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead supply and demand planning for a diverse product portfolio
  • Translate sales and operations planning (S&OP) into actionable inventory strategies
  • Optimize inventory levels, safety stock, and supply network planning
  • Collaborate with sourcing, operations, finance, marketing, and IT teams
  • Support product life cycle planning, new product launches, and channel expansion
  • Develop supply plans using Oracle, NetSuite, and BI tools
  • Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, and inventory health
  • Identify risks and implement contingency plans
  • Contribute to system integrations and process improvements

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 7–10 years of supply and demand planning experience
  • Experience in D2C and subscription-based consumer goods preferred
  • Proficient in Oracle, NetSuite, Shopify, OMS, Looker, Excel, and BI tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and cross-functional teams
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership
