We're looking for an experienced Service Technician skilled in window, siding, and roofing installations. This role suits someone with strong technical expertise who wants a stable position with competitive pay. Project management experience isn't required, but you'll play a key role in ensuring top-quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete service calls, repairs, and final touch-ups to the highest standards
  • Recruit and onboard qualified subcontractors to support projects
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and building codes
  • Manage professional customer interactions to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members for smooth project delivery

  • Proven hands-on experience in window, siding, and roofing installation
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle installation challenges efficiently
  • Team player with excellent communication skills for working with customers, contractors, and colleagues
