Contingent upon funding, Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a remote and rotational Operations & Sustainment (O&S) Site Manager for a global program. When deployed the O&S Site Manager will lead a group of 30+ employees and will direct all aspects of program operations and logistics.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for :
The selected candidate will be responsible for the schedule and technical performance of company programs and subsystems. The selected candidate will serve as primary customer contact for program activities on site. Monitor technical performance and provide IWO oversight. The selected candidate will establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program problems, and yields solutions. The selected candidate will direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.

Primary Level Salary Range : $130,500.00 - $195,700.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
