We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to serve as a Public Relations & Operations Analyst ! This role will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that both internal operations and external communications are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, capable of managing urgent business development and proposal-related tasks while maintaining smooth day-to-day administrative operations. Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, managing priorities, schedules, and urgent action items.
• Serve as the point of contact for external stakeholders, coordinating communications, events, and public relations efforts.
• Draft, review, and edit internal and external correspondence, presentations, and reports.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple teams.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to streamline processes and resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor organizational initiatives, providing updates and insights to leadership.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic communications and branding initiatives.
