What You Will Be Doing

• Builds a strong relationship with each project Owner and maintains a positive relationship through partnering and regular Owner communication.
• Coordinates with local leadership, project teams, and human resources to ensure all projects are properly staffed.
• Knows each contract and is steadfast in ensuring notices, change orders, disputes, and claims are actively managed.
• Reviews and monitors each project schedule monthly and ensures compliance with Company and contract schedule requirements.
• Knows quantities, cost, and budgets for each project and reviews performance monthly to ensure profitability.
• Always looks for ways to maximize opportunities and minimize risk.
• Has a deep understanding of company financial reporting policies, procedures, and process and conducts monthly financial review meetings with every project its' billing request and never misses a monthly billing cycle.
• Understands each projects' schedule of values and manages them in a proactive manner.
• Ensures change orders or other payment mechanisms are in place before work starts.
• Evaluates project activities to determine compliance with government regulatory agencies and coordinate with agencies for permitting regulations.
• Participates in the procurement process of subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinates Company support through active and regular engagement with various corporate departments including : safety, finance, project controls, equipment, construction engineering, technical services, design management, and human resources.
