Revere Medical is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant) to join a well-respected and very busy community-based practice located 35 miles northwest of Boston in the quaint town of Ayer, Massachusetts. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative, and communication skills, be comfortable using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records, and have a strong commitment to serving our patient population. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a well-established practice with one other provider. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population

• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
