job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWork in the center Monday through Friday, 7 : 45 AM – 4 : 00 PM Within the center, teams will rotate clients every 90 minutes 10 days paid time off -because you deserve it! 10 days paid holidays Unlimited Non-Paid Time Off In clinic with potential to serve clients in their homes 4 : 30pm - 6 : 30pm (up to two days per week) in the future. SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs. BCBAs work within the center and support you in-person. Company paid BLS / CPR certification. Company paid QBS Safety Care certification. RBTs receive performance reviews every six months, with opportunities for promotion through structured levels—Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Trainer. Trainers are given first consideration for advancement into Office Manager roles as the company expands. We also proudly support those pursuing a career as a BCBA. Through national partnerships with accredited universities, SOS employees receive discounted college tuition and free practicum supervision, making the path to becoming a BCBA more accessible and affordable. Whether you're just starting your ABA journey or planning long-term, we’re here to help you grow every step of the way. We prioritize the highest standards of care and professionalism. Regardless of prior experience, every RBT undergoes thorough training with our clinic's BCBA. Before being assigned to a client, RBTs must complete a competency assessment that aligns with Success on the Spectrum (SOS) standards. Additionally, continuous oversight and support from a supervising BCBA ensures ongoing development and the best outcomes for our clients.
