Business Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst for a long-term hybrid contract in McKinney, TX (3 days onsite, F2F interview required). A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst is required, with proven success in handling large datasets and business-driven solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into IT-delivered products and enterprise-scale solutions. Strong expertise in SQL is required to analyze and validate large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy of business logic. Hands-on experience with Tableau is essential to design impactful dashboards and data visualizations for decision-making. You will gather, document, and prioritize requirements while conducting gap analyses and defining functional specifications. Success in this role will be guided by your critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication skills are essential to bridge business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
