We're reimagining autism therapy with a play-based, family-focused approach rooted in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team and help children with autism reach their full potential.

Soar Autism Center seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to enhance our interdisciplinary team, dedicated to providing exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our focus is on early intervention, integrated autism care, and play-based ABA therapy aligned with principles of the ESDM.
As a Soar BCBA You Will
Plan and deliver individualized, naturalistic ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.Collaborate with clinical teams (including speech, OT, and psychology) to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.Implement ABA therapy plans based on the ESDM (our clinical leaders will teach you the approach; it is okay to be new to it).Oversee a team of about 7-8 clientsConduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on progressBuild strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement.Qualifications
Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related fieldCurrent BCBA certificationABA early intervention experiencePreferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related fieldClear professional communication, both verbally and in writingWhat You\'ll Get
