Job duties and responsibilities :

• Responsible for all finance functions including the preparation and control of records and data stored
• Data, unused forms, the accounting for and comparison of operational data and forms, and
• Supervision of the inventory of gaming chips, the issuance of credit, the main Cage, satellite cages, and the count room.
• Supervises all aspects of the Finance department.
• Approves credit under internal control section 609a.4
• Plans, communicates, and implements procedures for the overall efficient operation of areas of
• Reviews internal controls, standard operating procedures, and the company's policies and procedures and ensuring the department is complying with the regulation.
• Responsible for coordinating the accurate preparation and distribution of the property's budget and financial reporting. Monitors and analyzes results of financial performance.
• Reviews financial statements, supporting documentation, gaming-related data and information through online and manual documentation.
• Oversees all aspects of the property cash and accounts.
• Responsible for maintaining department compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, State & Federal government regulations, and internal controls.
• Reviews staffing levels to maintain optimum levels of employment. Responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the development, interviewing, hiring, and evaluating of Finance department
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities
