Registered Nurse – Home Health

\nWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. As a key member of the care delivery team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients on their health journey—right where they feel most comfortable : at home.

\n Position Summary :

\nThe Registered Nurse – Home Health provides personalized, high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. This role allows for autonomy in your practice, offers flexible scheduling, and provides the opportunity to build meaningful relationships through 1 : 1 patient care. You’ll work closely with a supportive interdisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver the right care at the right time.

IDR Job ID #466917. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
