️‍⚕️ What You'll Do :

Provide high-quality home health nursing visits across a range of patient needs

Various position types include Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Wound Care, Non-Wound Visits, Pediatrics, and Re-certifications - with higher compensation rates available for more complex visits.

Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure excellent continuity of care

Document visits via tablet within 24-48 hours

Maintain compliance with DOH regulations and uphold Royal Care's mission of compassionate, culturally sensitive care

✅ What You'll Need :

Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) License

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Experience with OASIS assessments (preferred)

Prior home care or acute care experience preferred

Knowledge of Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is a bonus

Queens : Including Far Rockaway, Arverne, Rockaway Park, Broad Channel, Breezy Point, Rockaway Beach, Flushing

Bronx : Including Bronx, Westchester (part of Bronx County)
