Shift :

M-F, 8 hr days- Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM. / 35 GWW

Active ASHA and State Licensure

Certifications :

BLS / CPR Certification.

CCC certified SLP - Required
