A respected Palm Beach law firm is seeking a Commercial Business Litigation Attorney with 4–6 years of experience to join its dynamic and growing team. This position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated commercial disputes while working in a collaborative environment that values professionalism, quality advocacy, and work-life balance through a flexible hybrid schedule.

What They’re Looking For

4–6 years of experience representing clients in commercial business litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals.

Admission to at least one federal court.

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail and strategy.

Excellent communication and client management abilities.

What You’ll Do

Develop litigation strategies and manage cases from inception through resolution.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs for complex commercial matters.

Oversee all aspects of electronic discovery and document review.

Handle and defend depositions, including expert witness preparation.

Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials as needed.

Collaborate with attorneys in other practice areas to provide full-service client representation.
