General Manager – Iconic Fine-Dining Steakhouse

Our renowned fine-dining steakhouse is seeking a polished, professional, and guest-focused General Manager to lead our high-volume operation. The ideal candidate will be personable, poised under pressure, and experienced in delivering exceptional hospitality to a discerning, high-profile clientele.

Responsibilities :

  • Full P&L ownership – drive profitability while ensuring operational and systems compliance
  • Recruit, hire, and develop top-tier team members, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Increase sales by delivering unforgettable guest experiences and maintaining impeccable service standards
  • Lead, plan, and communicate effectively with staff and senior leadership to ensure smooth, organized operations

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high-volume, fine-dining restaurant
  • Polished in fine-dining service standards, with steakhouse experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of wine and wine service
  • In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented leader who can provide clear direction while also taking feedback
