A company is looking for a Good Hands Repair Network Administrative Consultant, remote (CST / EST).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing updates on repair status and addressing inquiries
Collaborate with repair shops to ensure quality work and negotiate pricing for parts and services
Assist leadership in enhancing repair efficiency and managing costs while ensuring a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Auto technical repair knowledge in a collision repair setting
Familiarity with repair methodology and processes
Experience with auto estimating programs, such as CCC One
Strong background in auto damage analysis (12 months preferred)
Prior experience writing estimates for insurance preferred shops
