An industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking and EH&S Specialist to lead and promote safety & compliance within their manufacturing facility. This position will evolve to also include safety oversight on potential project sites. Looking for proven Industrial Safety experience.

Anticipate $85K-$95K base salary
Full suite of benefits : Health, 401K+match, PTO / Holiday, etc.

Responsibilities :

Conduct safety audits, training, and incident investigations.

Ensure OSHA / EPA compliance and manage environmental reports.

Develop emergency response plans and sustainability initiatives.

Collaborate with operations to foster safety culture.

Maintain OSHA 300 logs and workers' compensation records.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's in environmental science / safety

3-5+ years EHS in manufacturing; OSHA 30 / CSP preferred.

Strong communication skills (both written and oral)

Heavy industry experience a plus.
