Passing Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia exam

Epic experience

Description :

Utilizes the nursing process in providing nursing care to patients.

Assesses and reassesses patients and families.

Plans the nursing care process.

Implements and / or directs the delivery of nursing care.

Evaluates care delivered.

Practices and promotes nursing care within professional, legal, and ethical standards.

Provides patient teaching to patients and / or families.

Orients all levels of nursing personnel and nursing students.

Participates in unit-based educational programs.

Takes responsibility for personal learning and development.

Demonstrates effective leadership skills.

Supports and collaborates in performance improvement initiatives through quality improvement activities.

Utilizes current research in the area of clinical practice.

Complies with patient safety goals.
