Sr. Analyst - Employee Benefits
The Sr. Analyst is responsible for interacting regularly with Employee Benefit clients and team members for marketing needs, request for proposals (RFP), and package renewals. This associate plays an integral part in partnerships and negotiations and uses extensive analysis skills to accurately report and present to respected groups.
Essential Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Prepares RFP for all ASO and fully insured submissions to market, with Account Executive direction
Requests renewals for all lines of coverage
Negotiates with carriers based on the targeted goals from Account Executive
Prepares and reviews benchmarking, contribution, disruption, network, stop loss deductible and GeoAccess analysis to include fully insured vs. self-funded analysis provided to Account Executive
Analyzes data for inconsistencies and trends with minimal guidance, providing recommendations to Account Executive
Prepares client presentation and presents in front of client
Trains and reviews technical work, provides mentorship to analyst, and supports trainings within department
