We re looking for a skilled Account Manager who thrives on complex logistics and wants to make an impact from day one.
What You ll Do :
- Manage and coordinate shipments end-to-end (ocean, air, import, land)
- Handle general, oversize, and project cargo
- Negotiate rates and prepare quotes
- Oversee shipment documentation, letters of credit, and tracking
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve operational challenges
