They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing top-notch support and guidance on a range of financial products and services. Your primary goal will be to enhance client satisfaction while building strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, addressing questions about accounts, products, and services.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding financial transactions, account statuses, and policy details.
  • Assist clients in resolving issues, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our financial products and services to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client support, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
