Sales Associate Duties

• Conduct direct-to-consumer sales presentations for AT&T products and services
• Build rapport with potential customers in Miami and identify their communication needs
• Provide expert product knowledge and guide customers toward the best solutions
• Manage sales territories and maintain accurate records of interactions
• Collaborate with Sales Associates to refine sales strategies and share best practices
• Participate in daily briefings and performance reviews with leadership
• Represent Profits Management and AT&T with integrity and enthusiasm
• Handle objections with professionalism and a dash of charm
