job_description.job_card.job_descriptionShift : 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM, second shift Schedule : Every other weekend required Type : Part-time, ongoing assignment (no set end date) Location : Highland Hills, OH Interviews : In-person interviews and facility tours required Administer nursing care within the scope of practice under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed provider. Perform clinical tasks such as wound care, inserting catheters, administering medications, and assisting with physical exams. Maintain medication accountability records and document patient conditions, behaviors, and progress. Order and maintain medical supplies, clean and sterilize equipment, and perform clerical duties as needed. Provide emergency care (first-aid, CPR) and ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient care standards. Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Proof of completion of an approved medication administration course . CPR certification (must be current). Certification in IV Therapy if performing dialysis treatments. Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days. May be required to work nights, weekends, and mandatory overtime. Exposure to bodily fluids and infectious diseases. May require travel to community sites under contract with the Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities.

- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
