Recruiter

A company is looking for an HR Recruiter for a full-time contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source and screen candidates to meet staffing goals

Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain ATS and HRIS software for accurate information management

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting across various industries

Proven expertise in sourcing candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and Google

Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and recruitment tools

Strong knowledge of EEOC and recruiting regulations

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
