What You’ll Do
? Continuous ImprovementLead transformative lean initiatives across operationsIdentify and implement impactful enhancements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost✅ Quality & Root Cause Analysis
Manage systems for tracking and resolving quality issuesConduct root cause analysis and implement CAPACollaborate cross-functionally to promote a quality-first culture? Training & Knowledge ManagementDevelop training programs and competency trackingContinuously improve SOPs and work instructions? Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze operational data to identify trends and inefficienciesCreate dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making?️ ERP OptimizationEnhance ERP workflows (BOMs, routing, material flow)Support upgrades, process mapping, and user training? Process EngineeringOptimize manufacturing processes tailored to ETO workflowsSupport capacity planning and scalability? ? Education & ExperienceBachelor’s in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering (Master’s preferred)8+ years in ETO or low-volume manufacturingExperience with quality systems, root cause tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D), and CAPABackground in SOP development and ERP improvement initiatives? Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and facilitation skillsProficient in lean principles and continuous improvementSkilled in Excel, Power BI, TableauFamiliar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume environmentBenefits
