  • Bankruptcy Litigation Associate – Multiple Offices Are you an experienced attorney with a passion for bankruptcy and commercial litigation?
  • A leading law firm is seeking a talented Bankruptcy Litigation Associate to join its dynamic commercial mortgage-backed securities special servicer and creditors’ rights team.
  • This position is available in Detroit, Chicago, New York, or Princeton offices, offering the opportunity to work on complex and impactful legal matters.

About the Role As a Bankruptcy Litigation Associate, you will :

  • Handle all aspects of commercial foreclosures, receiverships, real estate-related litigation, and bankruptcies Manage motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery), and courtroom appearances Work on commercial landlord-tenant litigation, including preparation and service of predicate notices and court pleadings Collaborate with a skilled team focused on creditors' rights and special servicer matters Ideal Candidate Profile We’re looking for someone who brings : 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial litigation or bankruptcy litigation Expertise in commercial foreclosures, receiverships, and real estate-related litigation Experience with motion practice, discovery processes, and courtroom advocacy Familiarity with commercial landlord-tenant litigation Active bar membership and good standing in the state where you practice Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills Why Join Us?
