Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for the Middleware team.

Key Responsibilities

Guide the team through the design and implementation of complex technical projects, ensuring sound architectural decisions and maintainable solutions

Collaborate closely with QA and Performance teams to ensure the product consistently meets quality, stability, and scalability expectations

Lead and support the team through the full product lifecycle, managing escalations, resolving issues, and maintaining transparent communication

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology

6+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in software engineering management

Proven experience developing and supporting APIs and systems written in Python, Go, or a comparable programming language

Solid understanding of algorithms, optimizations, and industry best practices for applications running on a customer network

Experience in software development life cycle using agile methodologies
