Located in Delray Beach, FL
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agents to join our team. This role is responsible for touring apartment homes, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, and supporting overall property operations. The ideal candidate is personable, sales-driven, and passionate about creating a welcoming living experience. Must have RealPage, Yardi, BlueMoon, or similar software knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Sales
- Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours
- Highlight features, amenities, and benefits of the community
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Close leases and meet occupancy goals through effective sales techniques
- Assist with lease renewals and retention efforts
Administrative Support
Process rental applications, background checks, and lease agreementsMaintain accurate records in property management softwarePrepare move-in documentation and coordinate resident onboardingEnsure compliance with fair housing laws and company policiesResident Relations
Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residentsAddress resident questions, concerns, and service requests professionallySupport community events and resident engagement initiativesCollaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfactionProperty Presentation
Ensure model units, leasing office, and common areas are clean and invitingMonitor curb appeal and report maintenance issuesAssist with marketing efforts, including social media, outreach, and signageTrack traffic sources and contribute to marketing strategyRequired Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred2+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work weekends and flexible hours as neededProficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage)Professional appearance and demeanorSales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people find their homePreferred Qualifications
Experience in multifamily housing or residential leasingKnowledge of the local rental market and fair housing regulationsBilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus, and notating tenant filesExperience with apartment home tours, marketing, and lease renewalsWhat We Offer
