Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior UX / UI Designer to lead design initiatives and strategy for our digital products. In this role, you will develop UX approaches aligned with business goals, contribute to user research efforts, and help shape design frameworks that drive innovation. You will lead design initiatives, drive cross-functional projects, and advocate user-centered design principles to create exceptional product experiences that elevate customer satisfaction and deliver sustained user value.

Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership :

• Develop strategic UX / UI vision while delivering practical design solutions that directly support business objectives and product goals
• Lead design-thinking workshops to address complex user experience challenges.
• Define and maintain design principles, guidelines, and patterns for consistency across all products.
• Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and collaboration.
