We are engaged with one of our premier consulting clients to hire a Senior Data Scientist for their Insurance Analytics & AI practice . This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of advanced analytics and client-facing consulting , with a strong preference for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance expertise .

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define and deliver data-driven solutions

Apply statistical modeling, ML / DL, and NLP to solve high-impact insurance challenges

Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL workflows, and BI dashboards

Translate business problems into structured analytical solutions with measurable impact

Deliver executive-ready insights and support transformation programs in a consulting setup

Qualifications

7 12 years of data science and analytics experience

Strong skills in Python / R, SQL, Tableau / Power BI, Spark / Informatica

Hands-on with NLP libraries (NLTK, Gensim, embeddings like Word2Vec, FastText, GloVe)

Prior experience in P&C insurance analytics (claims, underwriting, fraud, pricing) preferred

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client engagement skills
