This role allows you to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients homes, supporting them and their families during critical moments.

Job Details :

• Location : Wytheville, VA, and surrounding areas
• Company : Sunbelt Staffing
• Client : Nationwide Home Health Agency
• Duration : 13 weeks with the possibility of extension upon successful completion
• Hours : Full-Time, Scheduled 40 hours per week-32 hours guaranteed
• Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, occasional weekends, and on-call (typically once per month)
• Productivity : 25 per week, 30-35 visits per week
• Compensation : Negotiable based on territory and candidate experience; paid hourly - not by visit; blended pay packages available for travelers; weekly paychecks.
• Benefits : .49c mileage reimbursement, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k eligibility after 90 days

Important Note : As this is a contract position with limited training provided, only candidates with at least one year of home health experience and demonstrated proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) will be considered.
